How do I send my toy to you?
After we agree on a quote, ship your toy to our Seguin, TX address using any carrier. We recommend adding insurance for valuable items.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are completed within 5–10 business days. Complex restorations may take longer — we'll always give you a timeline upfront.
